Shipping and Delivery

Wholesale Orders

Kristin and Company ships via FedEx or UPS unless the customer requests another carrier. Shipping is billed on your invoice. If LTL is used, shipment is sent collect on freight.

Orders with six (6) cases (72 pieces) will ship within one (1) week. Orders with more than six (6) cases will ship within two (2) weeks. Custom labels will ship within two (2) weeks regardless of quantity ordered.

Hutch displays are shipped separate from candles. Two (2) foot hutches will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Four (4) foot hutches will be shipped on a pallet.

Retail Orders

Kristin and Company ships via USPS. Under normal circumstances, all orders will take 7-10 days from date of placed order.
