How to order?
You may place your Kristin and Company order with your sales representative or with customer service. You may reach customer service at 800.433.0983 or via email email@example.com.
Kristin and Company offers Net 30 terms to customers with approved credit. All payments must be made per terms or credit card. For customer pick-up, cash is accepted.
Candles must be ordered in case quantities; 12 candles per case in a minimum of three (3) per scent. Namedrop and custom label candles must be ordered in a minimum of three (3) per scent.
Kristin and Company ships via FedEx or UPS unless the customer requests another carrier. Shipping is billed on your invoice. If LTL is used, shipment is sent collect on freight.
All orders (wholesale or regular) will be shipped on Thursdays.
Returns and Refunds
Returns on merchandise must be made within 30 days from the date received. Kristin and Company will only accept returns for candles with our stock Heritage label i.e. no custom or namedrops will be accepted for return. Refunds will be honored for product that is received damaged. Customer must contact customer service within 14 days from the date received.
Requests for a refund or credit must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
